We’ve launched some more highly demanded data sources to pull unstructured and structured data from Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Close.io, and Quickbooks for transformation. These are in addition to our current integration offering using APIs while also offering custom API services.
This means more data sources and databases into our DataHub to produce predictive and prescriptive analytics for customer behavior insights.
We’ve also made User Interface and experience (UI/UX) updates to our platform. This is to continuously simplify the configuration and producing of customer analytics and insights from our complex Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and predictive analytics models. You can customize your own health score system without any of the data wrangling.
Account reconciliation, multiple predictive customer analytics models (churn, expansion, engagement, conversion, segmentation, etc.), and an expanded Salesforce widget integration are other exciting updates we’ve just released!
